1-year warranty service for quality。If there is any quality problem of the product itself within one year, you can contact us through our email [email protected] or online customer service, and we will handle your problem for you.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns & Exchanges Conditions
1.To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Used items except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.

5.The cost of return and exchange for non-commodity quality issues shall be borne by the customer. The cost of return and exchange of the quality of the product itself shall be borne by Seven Seas Bait & Tackle Shop.
Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
